This amazing location has pure natural scenery and has a fascinating history behind many of its sights. It’s the third largest of the Chinese Provinces and covers an area of about 1.18 million sq. km. Mongolia is famous for its unique dances and song performances.

HUHHOT
Huhhot is the Capital on Inner Mongolia and means Green
City in Mongolian. Located between the Yinshan
Mountains and the Yellow River Huhhot dates
back to 306BC.
Zhaojun Tomb
Is located six miles south of Huhhot near the Da
Hei River. The tomb stands nearly 100 feet tall.
This tomb is built in memory of Wang Zhaojun a
daughter of a Han Family. No one knows quite when
or where she died but this tomb remembers the
peace which she brought to the area during her life.
Wudang Lamasery
Lies in the Yinshan Mountains, located 70 km
northwest of Baotou City. It is the largest Tibetan
style preserved monastery in Inner Mongolia. This
Lamasery was built in the early part of the Qing
Dynasty and has over 2500 halls and houses
which cover an area of 200,000 sq metres.
Gegentala Grasslands
The grasslands are located to the north of Mount
Daqing, about 145 km from Huhhot. From
Mongolian it translates to ‘a place for spending
summer’. The natural beauty of these grasslands is
breathtaking.
BAOTOU
Is located in the west of Inner Mongolia just to
the North of the Gobi Desert and the yellow
River. Baotou is divided into three areas. The
northern Plateau, the central Hilly land and the
Southern Plain. Baotou has a population of about
1.9 million inhabitants.
Mausoleum of Genghis Khan
Ghenghis Khan was the great leader of the
Mongolians. The Mausoleum covers an area of
over 5 hectares. The Mausoleum was rebuilt in
1954. 185 km south of Baotou.

Asihatu Granite is a rare stone forest Landform.
You will experience these amazing rock formations
which are spread over an area of about 5 km.
