Make your own way to London Heathrow for your overnight flight to Beijing with British Airways.
Day 02 – Saturday
Arrive Beijing
On arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. This afternoon will be at leisure to overcome any jetlag. D
Day 03 – Sunday
Beijing
This morning we will visit Ti’ananmen Square and the Forbidden City. This afternoon visit Panda Hall and the Summer Palace. Enjoy an evening of Traditional Chinese Culture with the Legend of Kungfu show. B/L/D
Day 04 - Monday
Beijing
This morning we start our trip by visiting Great Wall at Badaling, the Changling of the Ming Tombs, and Sacred Road. B/L/D
Day 05 - Tuesday
Beijing
Visit the Temple of Heaven in the morning, afternoon at leisure. Enjoy the Peking Duck Dinner tonight. B/L/D
Day 06 - Wednesday
Beijing/Xi’an
Taking the Hutong Tour by Rickshaw you start to see real life in China, we will visit a local Kindergarten. Followed by how to make dumplings and lunch with a local family. Transfer to the airport for your flight to the Ancient city of Xi’an. Two nights stay in Xi’an. Tonight’s dinner will be the local speciality of Mutton Paomo which is a tasty Xi'an specialty that consists of a mutton soup served with wheat flour flat bread. B/L/D
Day 07 - Thursday
Xi’an
We start the Day tour visiting the fantastic archaeological discovery the life-size and lifelike Terracotta Warriors. In the afternoon we will visit the Great Mosque. Dumpling Banquet dinner has been arranged tonight. B/L/D
Day 08 - Friday
Xi’an / Chongqing
Half day tour includes the City Wall and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. We will then take the afternoon flight to Chongqing for the evening cruise down the Yangtze. B/L/D
Day 09 – Saturday
Cruising
Today we are sailing down the Yangtze. Shore excursion to Fengdu or Wanxia. We will also sail through Xiling Gorge. B/L/D
Day 10 – Sunday
Cruising
Today we are sailing through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Excursion has been arranged to the Lesser Gorges along the Daning River or Shennong Stream. B/L/D
Day 11 –Monday
Yichang/Shanghai
Arrive in Yichang in the morning, with a visit to the Three Gorges Dam in the afternoon, where you will learn about the largest water conservancy project ever undertaken. Afterwards transfer to the airport for the flight to Shanghai. Two nights’ will be spent in Shanghai. B/L/D
Day 12 - Tuesday
Shanghai
This morning we will visit the Shanghai Museum, visit Yu Garden, Old Town and Jade Buddha Temple in the afternoon. Evening Acrobatic Show has been arranged. B/L/D
Day 13 – Wednesday
Shanghai/Suzhou/Shanghai
Coach journey to the beautiful city of Suzhou, which is famous for its gardens. Visit the Humble Administrators Garden and Fish Net Garden, and then go for a short cruise on the Grand Canal. Transfer back to Shanghai in the evening. B/L/D
Day 14 – Thursday
Shanghai/London
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Heathrow with British Airways. Arrive in London on the same afternoon. B
